Apple TV Review /By John

Apple TV is perfect for entertaining. We have the Apple TV on a big screen in our screen room and we show photos, movies, play music, etc. all the time. Wireless to my computer and iTunes, so no problem with running wires. I did have a problem with the screen saver stopping after 30 minutes, then having to restart the Apple TV before it would connect to the PC again. I downloaded the latest software and there must have been a fix in there because it hasn't done it since.
All you do for the screen saver of your photos is make a folder on your computer and then point your iTunes to it via the iTunes software. The screensaver can do various effects to bring photos in and out. Very nice for family photos or vacation photos when you have people over.

Roku 2 XS Reviews /By roma1114

To say we have enjoyed this device would be an understatement. We "cut the cord" a couple of months ago and have never looked back. Having two younger children the decision was hard, but it was well worth it. If you get a ROKU device, you should look into getting the channel PlayOn. It works like a media server to your ROKU device. You have to download the program to your computer and pay a minimal fee. At the time of this post I think it is around $15 for 6 months. We bought the Lifetime Subscription, because it worked so well. On PlayOn you can watch any show, movie, or pretty much anything else you want anytime for free. It is amazing!!! I have showed a couple of my friends the possibilities and they are questioning why they are spending soooo much on regular dish or cable TV. We are still fairly new and I am sure as time progresses we will find greater uses for our ROKU and will continue to enjoy it.
